The APERS Medical Alert Alarms are a specialised range of Personal Emergency Response Systems (PERS) used to receive prompt assistance by the simple press of a button.

These Medical Alert Alarms may either be worn around the neck as a pendant or around the wrist, making help easily accessible at all times. When an emergency occurs, a simple press of the emergency button will connect you with our 24/7 Monitoring Centre. You’ll be provided fast assistance. We will first ask you to describe the situation. We will then contact your emergency contacts so they can assist further. If the emergency requires it, we will call Triple Zero (000) straight away! We also stay on the line with you until physical help arrives.

If you have a hard fall and are wearing one of our fall-detection devices, it will contact us straight away. If we cannot hear you speaking, we will contact Triple Zero immediately!

Each of our clients have an individually tailored care plan. Our Customer Care Consultants will provide the appropriate support for yourself, your family and/or your loved one.

Fall Detection

Sometimes a fall can leave you unable to reach for help. With optional fall detection, your pendant can automatically alert our Care Team, making sure that assistance is on the way when you need it most.
