Press the emergency button on the Wall Mount Help Button for help
STEP TWO
The Wall Mount Help Button will connect to the Base Unit, which will transmit an alarm to our 24/7 Care Team, who will then open a two-way voice channel to the Base Unit to determine what assistance is required

Our Care Team will notify a designated emergency contact or emergency services

The APERS Wall Mount Help Button features a large HELP emergency button that can be fixed to a wall. Once activated, the Wall Mount Help Buttom communicates wirelessly with the Base Unit to initiate an alarm. If a false activation is sent, the alarm will need to be cancelled on the Base Unit.
The Wall Mount Help Button requires a base unit to operate.
