How Does It Work?
During an emergency, pressing and holding both buttons on either side of the device sends a signal with your GPS location straight to the 24/7 APERS Care Team, notifying them that you need help. Then, one of our professional Care Team members will contact you through your device, allowing you to talk to the Care Team about your situation and what you need, which may be your designated emergency contact, or emergency services.

The Go Pendant uses cellular and GPS technology, and has a built-in SIM card, hands free speaker and microphone, making receiving assistance quick and easy, which is vital in an emergency. These Personal Emergency Response Systems have been specifically designed to be used outside of your home, and can be used almost anywhere in Australia, as long as you’re in an area with suitable Telstra mobile phone coverage!

The Go Pendant is a small and discrete device, making it perfect to travel with and keep with you at all times. The device is supplied with a stainless steel hypoallergenic chain and split ring, so it can be easily fixed to your keyring or belt, worn around your neck, or simply carried in your pocket! Not only is the device stylish, but also sturdy! The Go Pendant is impact resistant, waterproof, so you can wear it when bathing, and has a powerful battery that can last up to over one month between charges.
