What is the difference between the pendant and the watch?
Both provide safety features and professional monitoring. The pendant is worn on a lanyard or optional belt clip and suits those who prefer a traditional alarm. The watch is worn on the wrist with a discreet look and is a normal functioning watch. Choose whichever is most comfortable to wear.
Do these devices work everywhere in Australia?
They operate anywhere there is 4G coverage. In areas without coverage the device cannot communicate with our Monitoring Centre. We recommend checking that there is coverage in areas where you regularly travel to, including but not limited to shopping centres, parks, etc.
What if I cannot speak during an emergency?
If we receive an activation and cannot hear you, we class this as an emergency. We will still use your location and your response plan to contact your nominated contacts and/or call emergency services.
How does fall detection work?
When enabled, built-in sensors look for sudden movement patterns that may indicate a fall and will automatically trigger an alert. False alarms can occur with vigorous activity. You can cancel a false alarm during the countdown pre-alarm period.
What are the ongoing costs?
Whether you purchase or rent, an ongoing monthly monitoring subscription applies. Your subscription covers the SIM plan and our 24/7 Care Team with proactive device, battery, and technical event monitoring, so issues are identified early, downtime is reduced, and device performance stays on track.

Is there a warranty or trial period?
All devices include a standard manufacturer warranty. Ask us about rental options if you want to try before you buy.
Is the device suitable for aged care facilities?
Yes. The device is suitable for residents who go off-site or spend time in facility grounds. It complements, and does not replace facility procedures.
