Warranty Information

12 month manufacturer warranty (purchased products)

APERS devices (excluding consumable or replaceable parts) come with a 12 month manufacturer warranty from the date of purchase. This warranty covers faults or defects caused by manufacturing issues during normal, intended use.

What the warranty does not cover

The manufacturer warranty does not cover issues caused by:

  • accidental damage, misuse, unauthorised repair or modification
  • normal wear and tear (including worn straps, lanyards and cosmetic marks)
  • liquid damage where the product is not rated for it
  • issues caused by not following care and charging instructions.

How to make a warranty claim

Contact APERS with your proof of purchase, device details (model/serial number) and a description of the issue. We may ask you to complete troubleshooting steps and may need the device returned for assessment.

Costs and shipping

Where a warranty claim is accepted, APERS will advise the remedy (repair, replacement or other outcome) and how return shipping will be handled.

Rental devices

If you are renting an APERS device and it stops working through normal use, we will arrange a replacement so you remain protected.

Battery care for rechargeable wearables

To maximise battery life, do not leave rechargeable wearables on the charger overnight. Regular overcharging can shorten battery lifespan over time.
