The Wall Mount Help Button provides an additional layer of safety for anyone wanting extra reassurance around their home. It’s particularly useful near areas where slips or falls are more likely, such as the shower, toilet, or bed.
Once pressed, the button sends a wireless signal to the base unit, which then sends an alert to the monitoring centre so our Care Team can speak through the base unit, assess what is happening and organise help. This makes the Wall Mount Help Button a practical safety tool for both the person being cared for and the people who support them, including in-home care staff, NDIS support workers and family carers.
